My name is Regine Richards and I am a 1st AD with 20+ years of experience based in Dubai. I have worked on feature films and television commercials in Los Angeles, Beirut, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. I have also directed a commercial for online content and written and directed a short film which was selected at several film festivals in the US and in Europe.
I have worked on 18 short films, 3 TV series and 9 feature films as a 1st AD in Los Angeles, Beirut, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Most of my AD work has been on indie low budget films, many with first time directors. I am experienced in working with children, tight schedules and crews to up to 60 people. I have also worked on more than 100 commercials as a 1st AD in Beirut and Dubai. I directed my first TVC recently for online content in Dubai and I also wrote and directed a short film, which has been selected at 35 film festivals.
