Sheikh Zayed Desert Learning Centre is a designated project for the conservation of UAE’s natural and cultural life as a tribute to late Sheikh Zayed, the founding President of the UAE. The project is a unique blend of components of a museum, gallery and a science facility that will promote nature, environment and its sustainability through interactive exhibits. SZDLC is an architecturally complex building featuring multiple levels, with the size of the centre and the nature of the content it showcases allowing for an impressive variety of visitor experiences. The centre incorporates interpretive media that includes immersive environments, audio-visual interactive exhibits, stylised sculptures and models, specimen collections, graphics and a large-scale theatre.

مركز الشيخ زايد لعلوم الصحراء هو مشروع للحفاظ على الحياة الطبيعية والثقافية لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة تكريماً للمغفور له الشيخ زايد، الرئيس المؤسس لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. المشروع عبارة عن مزيج فريد من عناصر المتحف والمعرض والمؤسسة العلمية التي من شأنها تحسين الطبيعة والبيئة واستدامتها من خلال المعارض التفاعلية. يعد مركز الشيخ زايد لعلوم الصحراء مجمعًا تقنيًا متعدد الطوابق، ويتيح حجمه ونوع محتواه للزوار مجموعة واسعة من التجارب. ويتضمن أيضًا مجموعة واسعة من الوسائط التفسيرية، بما في ذلك البيئات الغامرة والمعارض السمعية والبصرية التفاعلية والمنحوتات والنماذج المنمقة ومجموعات النماذج والرسومات ومسرح عملاق. يمكن ان يكون هذا الموقع مناسب لتنوع وسائل اعلام التلفزيوني و تركيز على حماية البيئة بشكل عام.
